Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original Snibbs box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
